SENIOR PET CARE
At South Memorial Animal Hospital, we have a special interest in this age group. It is our goal for our senior companions to maintain an excellent quality of life throughout their golden years. We want to get past the "he is just slowing down" attitude, and get the message out that slowing down often means there is a painful arthritic condition that needs to be addressed. We don't want to see our dogs struggle to stand after a nap. We want our cats to remain agile. We want to protect against brain aging. We want to detect diseases in beginning stages so we can begin protective measures early. Our complementary services are designed to treat the whole patient and address the quality of life issues that go along with the aging process.
